Welcome to a Ripple Effect ADHD coaching

I’m Nadine, a late diagnosed ADHDer and certified ADHD coach. I created A Ripple Effect to provide the support to other women that I wished I’d had aged 35 and discovering my own ADHD.

I assume you’re here because you’ve found yourself asking things like:

  • I’m not a hyperactive kid in a classroom - what does ADHD actually mean for me?
  • Do I even have a personality or is it all just ADHD?! Who am I?!
  • What’s masking? Have I been doing it? Who’s the real me and is she safe to let out?!
  • Now I know I’ve got ADHD, what do I actually do with this information?

And now you’re wondering if coaching can help you answer these questions and tackle the struggles that make up your everyday, like:

  • Always being anxiously early or perpetually late, but never on time (Time management / blindness)
  • Just. Getting. Started.  (Task initiation)
  • Feeling fine, feeling fine, feeling fine… RAGE (Emotional regulation)
  • Deciding to alphabetise your spice rack instead of writing that report (Procrastination)
  • Expecting to be fired every time your manager asks to speak to you (RSD / Rejection Sensitivity Disorder)

Well, the answer is YES! ADHD Coaching is designed to specifically help you with all of this.

If you’re curious, but still unsure, let’s chat. Book a free (and genuinely) no obligation discovery call.

20 minutes is all it takes to see if coaching is the right next step for you. You’ll be able to ask all of your questions, I’ll let you know more about my approach and we can explore what moving forward could look like with zero pressure.

I can’t wait to hear from you.

My Approach to ADHD Coaching

I specialise in supporting women like me who have spent much of their lives wondering why their ‘Game of Life’ was set to hard mode, why their house keys seemingly defied space and time, and whether they really did “thrive under pressure” or if that was just something they told themselves after the latest deadline was achieved through the skin of their teeth.

Then comes the lightbulb: a TikTok rabbit hole, a child’s assessment, an off-hand comment… and maybe, just maybe, there’s an actual reason for the floordrobe / doom pile that isn’t laziness. Maybe a lifetime of being told they’re too sensitive is Rejection Sensitivity Disorder (RSD), or the inability to be anything other than 30 minutes early or 12 minutes late and nothing in between is actually time blindness.

Things finally start to make sense. But now what?

What do you do with this new understanding? Do you just keep muddling through?

My coaching exists for this exact moment. Whether you’re recently diagnosed or just pretty damn sure, you are welcome here. My goal is to help you understand your unique ADHD brain so you can work with it, not ‘fix’ it.

How is ADHD Coaching different?

Traditional coaching often starts with a big, future-focused goal. ADHD coaching starts with you, right now. It’s practical, brain-based and forgiving.

You might come with a specific target you’d like to tackle like time management or emotional regulation. Or, you might just have a general sense that you need support – no ‘over-arching’ goal required. Both are legitimate starting points.  We build the path from where you actually stand.

My three-part approach to ADHD coaching:

1. Neuro-affirmative & informed by science
We’ll weave in psycho-education – I’ll share the amazing (and reassuring) facts about the ADHD brain. Understanding why your brain works this way builds self-compassion and is the first step to find strategies that actually work.

2. A flexible blend of guidance & discovery
My style mixes non-directive and directive coaching. I’ll ask powerful questions to help you find your own answers, and, with your permission, I’ll share tried-and-tested techniques, tools, and gentle advice from the ADHD coaching toolkit. You’ll always be in the driving seat – I’m your navigator and in charge of the stereo

3. Semi-structured & adaptable
Each of my coaching services has a plan, but with built-in flexibility. If we need to pivot in a session to address what’s most pressing for you in that moment, we will. This model respects the dynamic nature of the ADHD experience

I want us to have a shared goal – for you to leave every session with a clearer sense of self, and least one practical, personalised tool that makes sense to try.

Does this sound like the support you’ve been looking for? Let’s talk! In a free (and zero pressure) discovery call, we can discuss your situation and I can explain exactly how this approach would work for you.
