Welcome to Ripple Effect Coaching. I'm so glad you're here!

I’m a late-diagnosed ADHDer and certified ADHD coach. My own journey began at 35, a year after my son was born. I was back at work, drowning in overwhelm, and couldn’t understand why my “baby brain” wasn’t fading like it seemed to be for other mums. I felt like a failure – all my old coping mechanisms had stopped working.
Then the TikTok algorithm (not in the DSM, but a powerful tool nonetheless!) introduced me to the idea it might not be my imagination. Suddenly my life made sense;
Spoiler: It was ADHD.
The diagnosis was a ripple effect (get it??). It led my husband to seek his own autism assessment, and our impending journey for our son (double genetic gold). Not to mention the other family members who have started to question their own brain type.
This means I. Get It. This isn’t just theory for me, because it’s my life – my personal lived experience, my experience as a partner, and as a parent of a highly spirited child.
Looking back, my career path being a wonderfully ‘wiggly’ one now makes more sense too – from hospitality and mental health work to teaching, management consulting and organisation design. However, what ties all of this together is a drive to help people navigate change, especially when it’s thrust upon them. For the last decade, I’ve professionally supported people through workplace transitions. This is my core skill: being a steady guide through complexity and change.
My coaching journey started with a free workplace course that set off on the path of “I want this to be my job”. I then completed a more traditional life coaching certification, but I quickly hit a wall. That model didn’t work for my ADHD brain or my neurodiverse clients. So, I sought out and certified in specialist ADHD coaching – finally gaining the tools, knowledge and permission to coach in a way that actually works.
This is what I offer to you: not generic advice, but a partnership built on lived experience, professional expertise and a methodology designed for the ADHD brain.
