No two people with ADHD are the same, and so my coaching isn’t a rigid programme. Instead we’ll work together to discover what works for you – finding the tools, strategies and understanding that finally stick.


We’ll make sense of the science behind your brain, so you can stop trying to “fix” what’s not broken and start working with your own unique wiring.


Every service has a flexible structure. We'll have a clear plan and goals, but the space to pivot and address what matters most to you in the moment.

The ADHD Wheel: Your personal brain map

An in-depth session to understand your unique ADHD profile.


1x 2-hour session £135

You will:
Explore the ‘ADHD Wheel’ - a close look at key executive functions to pinpoint your personal areas of strength and challenge
Understand the why behind your brain’s wiring in a way that makes sense
Build a mini-toolkit of immediate strategies for your top 2-3 challenge areas
You'll leave with:
Clarity, self-compassion, and actionable steps. Includes a session write-up with your personalised ADHD Wheel and toolkit

Values & Priorities: Rediscovering You

A guided session to get to know the true you after your ADHD diagnosis

1x 2-hour session £135

You will:
Uncover your core values - what truly makes you you after years of masking

Identify what energises you and what drains you

Clarify your real priorities for this period of your life

You'll leave with:
Renewed self-awareness and a simple framework to make decisions that feel good and fit in with your true self. Includes a summary of your top values and focus areas
Ideal if you feel lost, inauthentic or unsure of what you want post-diagnosis

The Foundation Package: Your ADHD toolkit

Build a solid understanding of your brain & skills that work for it


8x 1-hour sessions £690

You will: 
Build an understanding of your executive functioning profile - your unique strengths & challenges
Explore and experiment with strategies for the challenges you face, including time management, RSD, emotional regulation and more
Receive guided support to work toward meaningful, longer-term goals (ADHD related or not!)
Use your new knowledge of the science behind your ADHD brain to replace frustration with compassionate understanding
You'll leave with:
A transformed relationship with your ADHD, a practiced and personalised toolkit, and momentum for the future. Includes session summaries and a final consolidated toolkit.
